If you have a passion for HR, a keen eye for payroll administration, and enjoy working in an international setting, this opportunity is perfect for you!   What We Offer: - Full time contract - 60, 000 kč per month - Work in the center of Prague in a modern environment - Small team - Home-office and flexible working time - Career opportunities - Travel to Italy for trainings, seminars, and more.   What You Will Be Doing: - Payroll Management - Accurate and timely processing of payrolls with compliance of labour laws and tax regulations. - Data Administration - Maintaining precise records. - Employee Support - Addressing HR-related questions from staff, and providing important information. - Compliance Assurance - Ensuring all payroll activities adhere to relevant legislations, internal policies, laws. - Process Improvement - Collaborating with project teams to enhance payroll systems and procedures.   What We Need From You: - Experience in HR - Experience with payroll - Italian language is a must (B1+) - English on communicative level - Analytical skills (working with data) - Advanced PC user skills (Word, Excel) - Consistency, responsibility and ability to work independently - Driving License   📢 Join us!
