Position: Construction Mason

Job Description:

• Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other types of building materials
• Construct and repair walls, foundations, chimneys, and other structures
• Read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Mix and apply mortar or other bonding agents
• Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetic quality of masonry work
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on masonry structures

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a mason in construction
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail and precision in work

Team Leader Additional Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of masons
• Plan and allocate tasks, ensuring efficient workflow
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building regulations
• Conduct quality checks on completed work
